• Account & activity data — if you create an account, the searches you save, the listings you rate (love / like / dislike), and your notification preferences, so we can keep them available to you across visits and send the alerts you request.
• Usage & device data— standard analytics such as the pages you view, your approximate location, browser type, and referring site, collected automatically to help us understand what’s useful and improve the site.

We do not ask for or store sensitive financial account credentials. Any loan or affordability figures you enter to filter listings are used to score results for you and are not sold.

We use the information above to:

• respond to consultation, showing, and inspection requests;
• send the newsletter, saved-search alerts, and listing updates you’ve opted into;
• provide and personalize account features such as saved searches and ratings;
• operate, secure, and improve the website; and
• meet the record-keeping and disclosure obligations that apply to a licensed real estate broker.

When you contact us as a prospective client, your details are handled by Christopher Breen as your point of contact for real estate services. We don’t sell your personal information.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage; Google processes this data under its own privacy terms. You can limit or block cookies in your browser settings, though some features (like staying signed in) may not work without them.

We share information only as needed to run the site and provide our services — never for sale to third parties. That includes:

• Service providers that host the site and support core features — for example Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, and email delivery) and Google Analytics.
• Real estate professionals involved in helping you, such as your agent, when you ask us to assist with a purchase, sale, or showing.
• When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our visitors and our brokerage.

• Email — every newsletter and alert includes an unsubscribe link, and you can adjust notification preferences from your account at any time.
• Account data — you can edit or delete your saved searches and ratings from your account, or ask us to remove your information.
• Cookies— you can manage cookies through your browser and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law and real estate record-keeping rules, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for adults in the real estate market and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

We may update this policy as the site and our services evolve. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here; please check back periodically.
