HRS 514B - Hawaii Condominium Property Regime (Audio)
If you are like me, your reading list has grown far beyond what you realistically have time to read. Using commute time and other downtime to listen to audiobooks is an essential part of continuous learning. Unfortunately, much of what we need to understand does not exist in audio format. Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 514B is one such example.
It is a foundational body of law for anyone working in the condominium world, especially real estate professionals. A deep understanding of it is critical. For that reason, I have used AI tools to convert the original one hundred eighty eight pages of statutory text into an audio format for listening.
This text to speech version will not be perfect, but it is intended to make the material more accessible and to encourage deeper engagement with the Hawaii laws that govern much of what we do. I hope you find this useful.
